Here @ TSD we offer two types of lead time options for your order:
Option 1 – Standard – This has a leadtime of 16 weeks so this means your order will be in no later than 16 weeks from the date you order.
Option 2 – Fast Track – This has a leadtime of 10 weeks so this means your order will be in no later than 10 weeks from the date you order (please note there is a £30 per item charge for this service if your product is a bridesmaid/occasion/flowergirl dress or veil and a £150 charge for a bridal gown for this service)
We take 2 deliveries per month the fast-track deliveries come around the 15th of each month & the standard delivery comes in around the 30th of each month.
Returns for a Ready Made Item
Returning an unwanted item?
We get it – sometimes something just doesn’t work for you and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original condition & packaging with tags etc attached , we can accept the item back for a refund.
Please note you have 28 days from the date you receive the item to return.
If you return an item requesting a refund within 28 days of delivery, we’ll give you a full refund (minus any postage charges).
Your refund will be issued using your original payment method.
If you request a refund for an item during the above time-frames but you can’t return it to us for some reason, please get in touch – but any refund will be at our discretion.
Please note you are responsible for all return postage costs, as well as getting the package back to us in good condition.
Please ensure that you wrap the product up well to ensure this does not get damaged in transit.
We aim to process all refunded within 7 days of receipt.
Returns For a Custom Made Item
Please we aware that an item that is being specifically made for you is a custom made item, therefore this cannot be returned for a refund if you change your mind.
In the unlikely event that your item is found to be faulty after you receive, you must report this to us within 7 days of delivery/collection. If the item cannot be repaired by us we would replace.
Custom Charges when buying from outside the UK
Thank you for buying from our family run business here in Scotland, we really do appreciate your custom.
For any products being shipped outwith the UK, please note these may be subject to custom & duty taxes. This would be the customers responsibility to pay for these. That Special Day Limited cannot work out these charges for you but please visit your local government website who will explain the percentage of charges for your address.
