Our Covid-19 Action Plan

💥 IF YOU, SOMEONE YOU HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH OR SOMEONE IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD IS SUPPOSED TO BE IN QUARANTINE, THEN WE ASK YOU TO NOT COME TO THE STORE AND RESPECT THE SAFETY OF OUR STAFF AND CUSTOMERS. WE CAN REARRANGE APPS IF NEEDED YOU WON'T LOOSE YOUR DEPOSIT IF RELATING TO QUARANTINE OR LOCAL LOCK DOWNS 💥

Management have put these steps together as safety is paramount during this time. 🦠
We have done an extensive risk assessment for our store this includes following the government guidelines and much much more.

✨Every change that has been put in place has been thought out and planned for the size of our warehouse. We are not the same size as your average bridal store. Every new step will work for our business. We are a large bridal warehouse.✨

◾️STEP 1◾️

When coming to your appointment you must be here 10 minutes prior to your appointment beginning. (IF YOU ARE LATE THIS WILL EAT INTO YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME)
STAY IN YOUR CAR 🚘
Your consultant will collect you from your car so that we can control people coming in and out if the warehouse.
Arriving 10 minutes before will give your bridal party time to use the toilet as the toilets will only be open these 10 minutes before your appointments then they will be locked.
The reason for this is your consultant will have to clean them after each use and we simply can’t during an appointment. Most bridal shops are having to lock the toilets completely but we understand that customers are travelling from afar and will need to use the toilet.
💥💥💥6 PEOPLE MAX INCLUDING THE BRIDE FOR ALL WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS💥💥💥
(If you bring anymore you will be asked to choose who you would like to come in)

◾️STEP 2◾️

Please use our sanitizer station before entering the building. You will also be offered a free mask at this point which is your personal choice wether you would like one or not.
Once in and seated (2m apart from each other of course) only 1 person can browse gowns at a time with the consultant.

◾️STEP 3◾️

There is hand sanitizer in each room we encourage customers to use throughout

◾️STEP 4◾️

All gowns will be handled by your consultant at all times and sprayed with a fabric disinfectant after each try on.

◾️STEP 5◾️

Each room has 2 changing rooms so if from a different household this can be managed.

◾️STEP 6◾️

When being measured by your consultant they will wear a new set of gloves plus a mask as social distancing cannot happen at this point.

◾️STEP 7◾️

We have social distancing posters throughout the shop and expect all customers to follow this rule the same they would in any other shop.

◾️STEP 8◾️

Anyone with symptoms or a high risk we would ask not to attend the shop we can reschedule for a later date.

◾️STEP 9◾️

We are unable to provide hot drinks for the time being. Prosecco will still be offered for each bridal appointment along with every appointment room having a jug of fresh water.
(cups will be binned after each use)

◾️STEP 1O◾️

We have created several more stations for taking payments and paperwork etc so that customers do not need to be next to other custoners.
🧼 you will notice a wee cleaning cart 🛒 in each room and this is because we will be deep cleaning 🧹 throughout all apps and also after each appointment 🧻
🌟 Its important that all our rules set out are adhered to all all times. They will be monitored constantly and if they need to be adapted to in anyway or we need to remove or add anymore measures we will do our best to let our customers know before each appointment. We have set these specific measures to keep everyone as safe as possible but also to ensure you still get the bridal experience.🌟
