Owner & Company Director
Holly started this business over 10 years ago after her own wedding. She started off making & selling wedding veils online before branching out to selling bridal gowns & having her first physical store. She knew that from her own experience in bridal shopping that she had to create a business that was different to all other bridal stores. When shopping for her own gown she found a real lack of excitement & customer appreciation when visiting the stores she went to. She wanted lots of space for a start, this is why she decided a bridal warehouse would be ideal. Then she wanted to create not only a place where customers could try on beautiful gowns, but also somewhere that woman/men from all walks of life & all shapes & sizes would truly feel valued as a customer but also as a person. Her moto is that every person who leaves her store should leave feeling like Beyonce. As well as being in charge of all things financial Holly is also responsible for the designs of her own brand Tu Es Belle & the buying for all other new stock.
You will see Laurens lovely and friendly face whenever you come to our store. As store manager its Laurens role to maintain the high level of customer care we offer throughout the business. From the day to day running of the store to the inhouse training process to the social media management Lauren is the gal responsible for managing all those important roles. She loves all things bridal and is highly creative with a fabulous eye for trends and loves nothing more than being involved in the design and buying process. As well as being a total lovely wee human she also has a great personality and great management and leadership skills which she influences throughout the rest of the team.
Business Improvement Manager
If you are instore and lucky enough meet /speak with our Alana then rest assured you are in the best of hands. Alana has been with the business for 6 years now. She started of as a bridal consultant and after only 2 months was promoted to store manager. She is now progressing into her new role as Business Improvement manager and what a job she is doing. Alana is responsible for our online and instore customer experience on all levels, managing socials, improving all areas when it comes to the business structure As well as dealing with all current and new suppliers she also works closely with the shop owner Holly on new designs plus planning what is next for TSD.
Aimee is one of our full time bridal consultants and is also our supervisor in store. You will see Aimee Tuesday-Saturday and she is always on hand to help. She absolutely loves her customers and always welcomes them in with open arms. Don't be surprised if you come in for your appointment and leave with Aimee as your best friend! She has the most infectious laugh and is always making everyone smile. If you don't see her when you are in store you will definitely hear her, we are so lucky to have her.
Dawn is one of our full time consultants and she is such a major part of the team. She arrives everyday with the biggest warmest smile and is such a grafter and puts 100% into everything she does. The customers love her and we are lucky to have her as part of our team. She welcomes all of her customers with laughs and her friendly personality. She is a bridal expert and will always give you the best advice not only with your dress but anything else you may need help with. She knows the dresses inside out and her product knowledge is amazing.
